The Leadership level of PeopleCert DevOps Certification program’s sight is to qualify anyone who is already managing a DevOps team or aspiring to be one. The trainee would gain knowledge about the concepts, terms, principles and tools used by DevOps Leadership to reach, validate and survive a DevOps transformation. The aim here is to learn managing a team culture shift and how to tackle not-so familiar work processes across a team. The candidate would get clear idea about how full-stack approach does gets implemented within an organisation; why DevOps Leadership is needed in the current times; how can it be aligned to business values. Knowledge regarding practices, processes, automation and technology used for adapting DevOps within an organisation can be achieved, with Scrum methodology.
